Sylvain Bourjade has a Doctorate and authorization to supervise research (HDR) in Economics from the Toulouse School of Economics. He joined Toulouse Business School in 2006, where he is Head of the Finance, Economics and Econometrics Research Lab. His research themes cover Corporate finance, Corporate governance, Incentive theory, Auctions and Competition policy. In 2013, he was awarded the Syntec prize for best research article in Management - Finance/Strategy
