Cordula Barzantny has been a permanent professor of International and Multicultural Management in TBS’ Human Resources and Responsible Organization Department since 1997. She has a PhD in Management Sciences from Capitol I Toulouse University, obtained in 1997, having already obtained a DEA in Economics from Berlin Technical University and a TBS double Degree in 1990. She holds an Executive Education Women Be European Board Ready certificate from ESSEC (2015). Her research themes cover European and International Management, Intercultural Management, Diversity Management, International Leadership and Performance, and Aerospace Management.
